This was indeed an informative podcast. My takeaways and what really piqued my interest was the importance of networking and continuously building your brand personally and professionally. Being a millennial myself, I can attest to being "patient" in the workplace coming right from university. Employers really do look for that someone who goes above and beyond and demonstrates those unique soft skills.
